Former Efusjon Master Distributor, Derek Broes, is launching Revolucion World Wide after falling out with his former company as Master Distributor.
Although Derek Broes does not have a lot of experience in Network Marketing he does have considerable High level Corporate and High Tech experience that will certainly serve him well in launching Revolucion. It is always very important to evaluate a companies leadership when choosing the right one to align yourself with. Mr Broes has held very Senior Level Corporate positions with Paramount Pictures, Microsoft among others and definitely has a depth of experience that many ‘Distributor turned Executives’ don’t have. Although Mr. Broes is seasoned and experienced at a corporate level it will be Vital to surround himself with Network Marketing Specific Experts to round out the Team.
Revolucion World Wide is due to launch in February 2010 and is now accepting pre-registrations.
The company is launching with 2 new products centered around a whole food formulation. The first is a product called Revolucion Start, which is an energy drink. The second is called Revolucion Defense and is an antioxidant concoction claiming a 7,000 ORAC rating per serving. Both products are served in 8.4 fluid ounce cans.
One challenge that i see Revolucion World Wide facing is the intense competition in an incredibly competitive market place. It is increasingly difficult for a company to carve out market share against such industry giants as Xango, Monavie, Agel & Noni just to name a few. Not too mention the costs involved with shipping Liquid products. This was always an issue I had as it adds significant costs to purchasing the products.
The compensation plan is really formed around a 3×9 matrix. Traditionally I am not a fan of matrixes because to many people promise spillover that, of course, never materializes. You only need to sponsor one rep though to start earning cheques from the pay model. It will be interesting to see how this one measures up.

Focusing on the Distributor is key in building a successful company in our industry and if they get that right then that will give them a significant foot forward.
Revolucion World Wide, at this time, looks too much like a “Me Too” company and will have a hard time differentiating itself. The corporate team seems solid but lacks real MLM Depth. CEO, Derek Broes promises some unique “Celebrity Branding” and has some really significant ‘High Tech’ experience so it will be of interest to watch. The products seem solid and will certainly have appeal although shipping will be cumbersome. I have nothing really negative to say about this launch at this time… Do some digging on your own to see if the corporate culture and products resonate with you. The most important thing when making a choice in business relationships is DO YOU Feel really good representing the company and products. If yes then proceed!
